/ Mahindra 4035 after bleeding the air out run but at 2000 and greater rpm’s sputters and blows out black then followed by blue smoke.

I have no opinion on that, other than I wouldn't trust the sleeves. When you've exhausted all other avenues and still have air getting into the fuel (provided that is indeed the issue) then I guess I would cut those sleeves off as well and install clamps. See what difference that makes.
