This page from the service manual is what is confusing me. In the photo it calls the filler plug the "filler plug/breather". The owner's manual says until it comes out the breather pipe. Is the breather pipe the level plug?

Awesome info thepumpguysc! Here's a page from the owner's manual showing a level plug also. What might it be for if you're supposed to fill it up to the filler plug? The service manual calls the filler plug the Filler/Breather Plug.

Trying to adjust valve clearance (lash). Service manual says to adjust when cylinder is at TDC on compression stroke. How do I determine when cylinder 2 is at TDC? Would that be 180 degrees from TDC on cylinder 1?

I found no mention of redoing the bolts in my servioce manual.

From my service manual it does not mention using new head bolts. From the section on assembly it just says tighten to 107-110 Ft-lbs. Think I'm good to go using the old ones?
