Put the pump together and no dice. The drops come out of the injection lines faster, but still no spray. If I take the banjo fittings off the pump head, there is a pretty strong shot of fuel out of the pump head distribution ports. Ideas?

And just like a complete dummy, I forgot where the short and long plungers go. Do they go closer to the bolt holes or do the longer ones go closer to the bolt holes?

The plungers were so stuck I didn't risk hitting them harder. I figured the rotor has nothing to loose, so with some heat I was able to hammer them out. (DW wasn't extremely hot, I could still pick it up with my hands)

I unscrewed the transfer pump vane holder off the shaft... The little plungers I was just going to put some light polishing compound on, should be enough to free them up.

Okay, an update. Diesel shop said the pump head is probably sheared and cam ring is probably also cooked. I figured I wouldn't hurt anything by tearing the pump apart. I watched some of bundy bears videos, and it turned out the pump is actually pretty simple. While watching I thought what if...
