    Mount Tires by Myself?

If you are anywhere close to a shop, I recommend having it done. Doing it yourself will bring you a sense of satisfaction, and also much cussing. I also change motorcycle tires. Anything larger than a 21" / 90 profile I have done by a fellow with a machine. I don't cuss, and I am quite happy...

Hydraulic Diverter Valve Cartridges - DEERE - Sauer Danfoss

Hi, the spools were hard anodized and in good shape. They were in bad need of cleaning. I just buffed them with scotchbrite pad lightly.

Hydraulic Diverter Valve Cartridges - DEERE - Sauer Danfoss

They were stuck. The spring had corroded, probably due to moisture in the HYD fluid.

Hydraulic Diverter Valve Cartridges - DEERE - Sauer Danfoss

They are apparently directional diverters. The spool, or plunger inside is stuck in the "in" position. I tried 150 PSI of air and even a small pick tool to move it. Seems frozen in place. Thanks sir!

Hydraulic Diverter Valve Cartridges - DEERE - Sauer Danfoss

It goes into a "diverter" valve body. That uses an electric solenoid to change from front to rear hydraulics. There are 4 of them Apparently two for bucket tilt, and two for bucket lift. Then they reverse and go to feed the top and the tilt cylinders, Oldnslo

    HYDRAULIC ISSUES

HARDLY NEW... BUT :confused2:I have found my wit's end working on my tractor. Some time back a problem started that after mowing or doing work with the rear hydraulics only, the front wouldn't re-engage. It wants to...

Re-Assemble the dash panel - tilt steering

4610 compact. Had to replace the power steering and can not re-assembly the dash assembly - because either I am a moron, or this is the most poorly designed thing I've worked on. Anybody have any ideas? I have tried EVERYTHING and am about ready to start breaking things. The unit has two hoops...
