I would say your steering cylinder piled up. Mine got replaced under warranty because the seals went bad at 60hrs. apparently its very common. i would take the cylinder off and take it to a good hydraulic repair shop they can repair or build a new one for a lot less than a new one from Mahindra...
Did that on my 3016. exact same engine. if i remember right you loosen the clamps on the rubber boot on the front axle then slide it back. should expose the u joints. There is a snap ring or C clip that you remove which then lets you slide the shaft off the stub.
but from the online parts it...
I'm going to guess it could have been a poor Dealer PDI. Even if the owner was not new to the tractor world. I mean who would think to check every nut and bolt on a fairly new or hardly used tractor? Yes it says in most manuals under the maintenance section at so many hours to check this and...
So looking at your first pic you posted, i think the Power Beyond port is to the bottom of BYD in that pic. the port is kinda off the side of the valve. looks similar to my 3016 that i had.
follow that hose. it should go back to the rear somewhere for the 3 point lift. the pictures that lagolan...
Take off the existing power beyond hose and hook it to your "OUT" Port on the 3rd function valve. new hose from the loader Power Beyond port to the "In" Port of the 3rd function valve. the rest should be fairly simple. the Original power beyond on the loader valve sends fluid to the rear 3 point...
LOL OK, I have some experience in this department! i built my own true 3rd function for my 2638 CAB and i replaced the entire grip handle with a 4 button control grip. it was a bit of a chore! that plastic panel is not the easiest IMO... You have to remove the somewhat useless plastic Philips...
yes it is nice. I did have some minor issues with the cruise control magnet when I first got it home.... there's a nut that holds the magnet in a cup and it came loose from the vibrations and it came out far enough to get jammed under the forward pedal when i was reversing with my mower, scarred...
totally agree. I financed my 2638 and i got all the options. 2 rear remotes, trailer socket kit(may never use lol) MID PTO KIT (probably never use either.......) Cruise control kit. added Rim Guard in rear tires as well.
About all you can get i think. best to get at purchase time rather than hem...
I can send you my drop box link for the 3016/3616 service manuals... i would come off of the loader power beyond to new valve "IN" port then on the "OUT" port hook it back to where the original line went that way it shouldn't interfere with the backhoe... somewhere on my posts on my 2638 on here...
I had that happen to my 3016, I got mine to move with pliers and I sprayed it a few times, I also put a spring on it to keep it disengaged cuz it seems they always get stuck in the engaged position. I also learned that when I helped my uncle split his 3215 Gear that the diff lock was seized as...
I bought a 78" HLA 1000 Snowplow for my 3016 Shuttle Shift in JAN 2019. Never really used it on the 3016. I ended up trading up to a 2638HST Cab in Sept 19. Used it Last winter some(no a lot of snowfall last winter here...) works good. did some mods to it. rubber deflector on top and I built my...
