Removed PTO clutch/pulley assembly to replace pulley next to it. Now how tight should i tighted the bolt going through the clutch/pulley assembly and what should the clearances be between the clutches. WHAT HAPPEN IS I TIGHTEN CLUTCH/PULLEY SO MUCH THAT THE ENGINE WOULD TURN REAL HEAVEY not...
