degerb, this is what I use. Four wheels from HF and a little wood. I can move it around with ease and it only took a hour or so to build.
I plan on having the blower for quite a while. IMO, it's worth the time to build it.
Must be something that just got added. Here's a photo of mine. Only 2 weeks old. Must be Deere thought it would help soften climbing up and back down...

Here are a couple of shots with R3s. I'll note that these (rears) are mounted in the widest position. Plenty of room. First two photos are of the right side and it's the closest to the tire of the two sides.
Few more photos of the finished project. Also had some time today to put the brush hog up for the winter. doesn't look right with the blower attached. :D
Well, the big trade went through and I think the 3720 is going to fit my needs much better than the 4320. Today I tested everything out and I think we're good to go.

Sorry you've had problems but i've had just the opposite experience with my ATI adapter. Well built and very solid. The welds are nothing short of perfect.
This thing has been through the ringer with hours upon hours of use/abuse and it's still going strong. I'd buy one again in a heartbeat.
