Raise the roof and you will see the nuts on each end of the filters. They come off hard because they are painted. Filters run about $50.

The change in RPM is due to the hydraulic fluid warming up and offering less resistance to flow drawing less engine power to run the pump.

Had an hour today, took the roof off, traced the blue wire with the white tracer from the motor to a relay and replaced it. Problem solved thank you perrypower for the schematic.
