    hour meter acting weird (2610h)

Started the tractor today to go cut some firewood. After hooking up trailer etc I glanced down and seen the hour meter was showing 0.2 hrs and counting! Yay! I've always wanted a brand new tractor! Later when I shut it off and restarted it went back to the correct number (230). Anyone else have...

    BX 2680 vs B2601

2601 no question. Only reason to get a bx is if you need something that small for a particular task. The BX tractors are are very capable, but very limited when it comes to loader and 3pt work.

Are CUT Manufacturers pricing themselves out of the market?

A farm near me had to "depopulate" a couple million layers about 2 years ago. So just being big is not enough. Back to the subject of pricing, I don't think tractor prices have risen much more than vehicles or housing or other large ticket items.

Are CUT Manufacturers pricing themselves out of the market?

What's the alternative? Make your own? Only so many used units available. Certainly some of us are priced out, but there are still people buying new. Some people will migrate to the lower priced brands. TYM, etc.

    Solid bottom grapples

My OP shows a grapple with virtually no sides. Your point is one of the reasons I hesitate to add a grapple to my existing bucket. As well as the fact that it doesn't appear too cost effective in my view. (Approx $1400 for the grapple vs $6-800 minimum to add a grapple and tooth bar to mine...

    Solid bottom grapples

Do you use your bucket for dirt work as pictured? I assume you'd just leave the grapple wide open? If I went that route I would probably fabricate the entire assembly myself.

    Solid bottom grapples

I've considered building something like that to make my existing 52" bucket into a grapple. Then buy a 60 inch bucket for light duty hauling (which I should get anyhow).

    Solid bottom grapples

I'm not too concerned about allowing dirt to fall through. I'm mainly interested in being able to grab onto plies of brush, gripping logs, etc.

    Solid bottom grapples

I'm considering the purchase of a grapple bucket and looking for input on a solid bottom grapple. Uses: primarily will be used for moving brush, logs, and split firewood. A solid bottom seems like an advantage for me in that I can still haul my chainsaw, gas, oil, chains etc easily. My...

    Overwhelmed with Choices

It's no fun to be overwhelmed, so I'll make it easy for you: TYM. Probably the best bang for your buck. Provided you have a dealer within reasonable distance. A 15 or 20 series legacy model would check all the boxes.

Which type socket holder works best in a tool chest?

I use this style. They release pretty easy unless the socket drawer is left open and collects dust and grit. I like how easy it is to customize my set up or rearrange to add new sockets. (Link below) https://a.co/d/ji7MRBZ

Are there any 2515 or 3515 Branson owners with 6ft rotary cutter

For the OPs described usage a 6ft would be just fine. My little 2610h runs a 5 footer in thick grass no problem. I often run it in 540E. On a 2515 a 5 footer would barely cover the tractors width. Of course if there are a lot of steep hills, you won't be mowing in high range.

    2610h block heater cord

One of my children actually found it on the field lane just this afternoon. One more reason to be thankful!
