Yes hyd filter and fluid was changed last year, but will have to look in the books to make sure was done. Few years back had kind the same problem, the mower deck was not going off the ground or if it did it took a long time (when hot) and i took it to a JD dealer and they changed one of those...

I did some more research and is a "Tiger Mower Cheetah Boom, exactly like this: I did find some pdf here: http://support.tiger-mowers.com/PDF/Parts%20Manuals/Other_manuals/JD%205510%20CHEETAH%2033678.pdf and there is a little info on the hyd valve bank but not that much. More manuals pdf here...

I was looking for the complete technical pdf manual for 1999 John Deere 5510 with 4.5dsl engine. We do have a mowing arm attachment and trying to figure out what all do and how to adjust or trouble shoot few problems while operating. Appreciated for any help! Thanks
