Yea the field hasn’t been planted in twenty years

I need snap ring to hold the discs themselves in place that’s why the strap is there and then a couple discs are loose

Can anyone identify the manufacture and model of this disc I recently purchased it and need to repair it and the previous owner didn’t know the details

Please help my disc that I ordered never came thru and I plowed the field I wanted to plant already I have old spring harrow that is in good shape could I use that or what other options could I use
