Looking for bucket ears or weldable bosses to convert other bucket manufactures to T5C 18' bucket specifications.
or a bucket manufacturer that makes a ready made T5C buckets
or a coupler to convert to a quick attach with the quick attach ears.
The pins on the bucket are 1.25'' & 1''
Well "NUTS" I was afraid this would happen.
They were struggling for many years due to mismanagement & sales competition. Covid probably put the last nail in them.
They did make a tough quality product.
Any news on where the parts or backhoes have gone?
Thank you for posting this Dart1917.
CHEAP THUMB PICTURES
Hope this helps a few of you who want a cheap heavy duty thumb.
I like it because if any part of it breaks it can be repaired from supplies from the farm store.
You may notice the pipe is acting as a spacer & to take up some room too.
I was considering welding some pipes...
I know that backhoe buckets (loader & hoe) are like hens teeth.
However I was wondering if anyone knows of a direct replacment or one with minor welding required.
Or a good sorce for used buckets.
For the T5C has anyone tryed the clamp on pallet forks? I see the ones from Titan look pretty well made. I am looking at the 1500 lbs ones. My concern is for the flexing of the bucket.
Break drum removal
Has anyone replaced the brake drum on a T5C ?? Your advise is most welcome.
The Parts Manual #%*"/# gives little detailed information on how it is all connected. It looks like you have to remove the 4 bolts from the drive motor flange. Then pull it out.
BUT it also...
I am thinking of making a skid plate to protect the vital parts underneath.
I plan to use her in the woods. There are a lot of branches & vines that could wrought havoc down below.

Hi Guys
I have tried to get some info on if it is a good idea to add liquid ballast to the tires. I do not want to hurt the TC5 however I like the idea of a more stable platform.
But will the added weight put more stress on the TC5? your opinions are valued.
Hi guys
My TC5 is 20 years old & has the dirt outrigger pads. Have any of you guys come up with a modification to make a street pad? or any modifications for the pad?
new member here. I have 20 year old TC5 that I just purchased. She has welded boom chains to hold the boom when not in use. Has anybody come up with a better solution.
The chains can get caught if not secured.
I called Terraquip to see if I could buy a boom lock. they are looking into it.
