Narrow bucket for Woods BH9000 backhoe compatibility

I never tried replacing my existing bucket, but I need to dig a wire/water trench and would like to make a smaller mess. Is the main compatibility point the size pin holes? So as long as pin holes are the same, I am unlikely to need to make any modifications? Thanks

    Dump Truck recommendation

FYI, there is a group on FB called "Single Axle Dump Trucks", it's nice to follow to see what folks recommend there. I paused my search as until fall, as at this point I'd have no time for tinkering with it nor doing projects I want to do, plus car/truck market conditions for buyers are...

What gear ratio would you recommend. My use cases be 80% local hauling, like within a couple of miles...

    Dump Truck recommendation

Should I completely write-off any gas engines if I wanted to haul and tow at the same time (in the hills too).

    Dump Truck recommendation

I called, and even a commercial sized truck (e.g. F700), insurance is cheap (400-500) even if commercial sized, as long as it's labeled for personal use. This is in WV.

What are the upkeep challenges of the dumps, or is it the diesel?

    Dump Truck recommendation

Since my trips would be very local, I can tow, load, and come back for the trailer separately.. Thanks for the feedback.

    Dump Truck recommendation

I am starting to shop for a dump truck. You can usually find one not for much more than a dump trailer, and my Tacoma can't tow that much, and a dump truck is more manurable. I need it to be able to haul my Kubota L3430 (about 7k lb with backhoe, plus trailer) and a load (gravel, dirt, wood...

    Not so quick coupling (stuck)

Based on close virual inspection the model #'s are Faster 3FF 112 M (male) and 3FF 112 F (female/stuck) I got BobCat couplers today at local tractor supply 7246777 (male) and 7246790 (female).. about $50 ea.. (looks like about same price as link below) if I google either part, I get ISO 16028...

    Not so quick coupling (stuck)

It's already oily from the hydraulic oil.. i dunno it needs more grease.. but I'll try this approach as well.

    Not so quick coupling (stuck)

I had issue connecting too, but I could never figure out a pattern. Sometimes it would go in easily, sometimes no matter how much I tried to release the pressure, nothing would work.. My 3rd function is shared with the backhoe, I have to turn two valves (back and cab) in order to direct the flow...

    Not so quick coupling (stuck)

Rotates freely. Does not feel gritty. Feels like something is holding onto it on the inside, not outside... like a pin, or whatever is at the tip.. may have to look closer at how bobcat style couplers actually work. I always clean them at least with a palm of my hand, and usually with a rag...
