I haven’t done the PTO shift fork on the LK3054 myself, but I’ve replaced similar parts on other Kioti models. Usually, it’s easier to access from the rear cover if you can, but sometimes removing the 3-point hydraulic cylinder gives you much more room to maneuver.

I know of a couple of online parts sites in Canada. Check out MasseyParts.com (they ship Canada-wide) and Brascan Power (based in Ontario).
