Tried starting my tractor and.... Nothing I checked voltage at the glow plugs and I have no voltage. I think I have a bad glow plug relay. Is there somebody that can tell me where the glow plug relay is located and how to test it to see if it's bad?

Well I got the cab on the tractor last night. It fits real nice can't wait for the snow to fly. However I'm not sure where to hook up the heater lines on the engine, is there anybody that could be some help? Here's a pic with the cab on
