I made a lube device with a standard grill size propane bottle using compressed air hookup which I welded on and a grease fill at the top where the valve normally sits. Worked great for filling differentials and the like. Very fast and convenient.

TCs are really good tractors. My TC40 only had 1,000 hrs on it, but weather and exposure in FL got to the electrical system and I finally just gave up on it.

Thanks Gord. It was the seat switch or/and related wiring. I got it to start and it is now at the dealer for a replacement.

Looking at the operators manual for Workmaster 50-60-70, the 50 hr. service only includes free play check for clutch and brake, check wheels and tires, and a hydraulic filter replacement. The engine oil and filter are at 300 hrs. The hydraulic fluid change is at 1200 hrs. I'm going to haul it in...

so, I finally got a chance to spend some time looking at wiring under the seat and around the axle. there are a bunch of fairly loose wires with connections. they get pretty beat up and dirty when pulling a mower. I pulled and prodded all that I could see including the one that leads up under...

So I just went through the process and noted the following: All shifters in neutral, PTO disconnected, clutch depressed, and parking break on. turn key, 3 lights come on-parking break, oil, and battery. Nothing happens. Try again bounce seat for good measure. All dash lights light up, no start...

Likely not. They send out a truck to haul it in for $350. Been here before. I'm due for 50 hr. service, so will figure out how to load the dead tractor and haul it in to the dealer. Are you getting field service on your NH mini excavator?

Starter solenoid does not activate. Only reason I said seat was that the first time I jumped up and down on it, the tractor started. since then no, but when I jump on the seat, the dash lights light up. Not sure about the other lights or glow plug. Not at the tractor right now.
