It's a bad picture. But those are the connectors. One is undone as I took this picture when I was taking the connections off while doing a valve adjustment.

I apologize this took so long to get back to you. I had "bungee" cords to attach it to the rear end. The cords are rubber, but they barely give so they provided a tight fit. Worked well. Saved a ton of money not having to buy wheel weights. I was plowing 12"+ snow. Worked really well.
