I have a 2005 CK25 I bought new. I think I'm in the 900's for hours.

I thought I was the only one in the "failed twice" injector pump club. The 1st time I had a dealer fix it, but I believe they only fixed the one broken one which mine also let go in the off position and the second time it went (again in the off position) I replaced all 3 of the gears.

Not sure they count as pump rebuild info but they do show the gears, plunger and somewhat the orientation. ETA: removed pics of manual due to copy right infringement.

Maybe THIS thread can help. It has been a while since I did mine and I just remember going slow and keeping all the parts for each gear/plunger/spring/sleeve together. ETA: you do have a shop manual to help you along right? If not IM me as I believe I have an electronic copy of it saved I can...

Don't know if the new Kioti zerks are the same as on my CK25 but most places don't sell metric tapered thread zerks. I bought some from one of the kioti dealers online back when I got a set of filters. Order around 10 of them. I think I only have about 3 left as I've used them over the years.

My CK25 came with steps on both sides and the floor mat but I only have 1 cup holder, but I mostly use it to put my phone in so I don't run it over..................................again.

Try looking in the manual in this link. Work shop manual It is section 8 Electrical and covers CK25, 27, 30 & 35. I got the link off hear some years back and I just checked and it still works. If for some reason it doesn't let me know and I can email you it as a pdf.
