I've lost all my paperwork on this tractor and need to order parts and reestablish ownership. The serial number is: 451-9362BM17055 How do I trace the age and other details through this number?

The linkage looks fine and the seat has not been moved (I'm reupholstering it). I guess I'll adjust that linkage and see if the pedal will move back down to the normal position, knowing that I'm looking at a clutch replacement soon. I guess the tractor has to be split to replace the clutch?

Here's a pic of the clutch position. I've travelled all week and this is the first opportunity I've gotten to send it.

When he brought it back, the clutch pedal was 6" higher than when he took it. What happened and how do I fix it?
