It was the neutral safety switch. He said there are 2 and one had to be replaced under warranty. The IMV was fine and the safety switch caused that error.
Finally got the dealers technician out and they were not able to figure it out onsite so they are bringing it in to the shop. I will update when I have the answer. Onsite he was unable to bypass the starter. There was an IMV error code.
I rinsed under the tractor incase there was mud affecting any contact. I’ve looked under there and don’t see anything obviously unconnected or anything stuck. I’m not sure exactly where the pedal safety switch is but I’ve looked under the area of the pedals and don’t see anything stuck. I bought...

I’m sorry for the late update. I’ve tried all I could so my dealer is going to send out a technician. I don’t have an appointment date yet but I will definitely update when I find out what happened.
I did check those repeatedly because it’s acting as if one of those is the problem. Turned PTO on and off. Jiggled the shift in neutral and pushed up and down in the seat at the dealer’s recommendation. I removed all of the clumps of mud from underneath and there aren’t any sticks.
