TC33D Keeps going through fuel shutoff solenoids

Is it this type? They must be adjusted so that the stopper fully retracts or they will burn out .

Let's see some homemade 3 point ballast!

Wide is the way to go, narrow ballasts do next to nothing when your about to cock a leg . The narrow ones in the center of the 3pl are dead in line with the tilt pin on the front axle . As you can imagine, they will offer no resistance to a roll over . If you can make one as wide as the rear...

Flail Mower Let's talk flail mowers

Thank you. Sometimes, when the tractor is going through a depression and the back wheels are going into the depression, the mower rear wheel or roller induces a twisting force because of it's leverage advantage . The 3pl gets bound up and the result, if you dont have chains on the headstock...

    Self built Mulcher .

I decided to stop putting off the making of the cover for the aircon evaporator unit I mounted to the ceiling . I made an Aluminium base and covered it with 1/2" foam and Grey vinyl . I mounted the original interior light and the fan/temp control panel in it so it looks pretty stock . UHF radio...

    Self built Mulcher .

Fitted the transmission this afternoon , just need to drill the bell housing bolt holes and bolt it up . Thats another job done , that makes today the 20th day I have worked on it . I would have it going by now if I didn't have so many other things to do , as well as running a business . I...

    Self built Mulcher .

I have tack welded the Plasma cut front plate to the machine . This 20mm thick plates takes all the loads the mulcher , chipper and backhoe arm transmit to the machine . I am bidding on a 500amp 3 phase mig welder on ebay at the moment as my current welder isn't big enough to weld 20mm steel ...

    Self built Mulcher .

Today I bought a new backhoe off New Holland for a 55hp Boomer . I couldn't get a small excavator at the right price so this will suffice . I will remove the stabilizer legs and use that function and the control valve sticks to drive the tracks . Servo/Pilot system hydraulics would have been...

Kubota B7100 Overhauled now will not run

These engines are notorious for having low oil pressure due to the aluminium oil gallery plug coming out of the camshaft . People put a piece of steel in the hole and weld it in and they regain their oil pressure . Judging by the grind marks on your plug and the ones on the cam not lining up ...

The 32,200 BTU evaporator installed on the roof . Just need to make a cover for the blower motors . Should be able to bust a Stubbie on a hot day .

Kubota B7100 Overhauled now will not run

The valves should be NOWHERE near the pistons . Either the head gasket is too thin , the valve timing is wrong or the rockers are set too tight . These things DON'T have a water pump , WTH ?

    Self built Mulcher .

It just got a little more "creative" , I am on the hunt for a 2 ton excavator arm for the front of it . It will have a small tree shear on the end so I can snip trees off and feed them straight into a front mounted woodchipper on the machine . I will go through the paddock first with the chipper...

    Self built Mulcher .

Thank you , the track width is 1800mm , the tracks are just under 3000mm . I think it will weigh around 7 tonne with the head . All but about 1.5 tonne will be below 1200mm in height to it should be pretty stable . Radiator is going in today , it is new , old stock out of a Cat loader and is...
