    I religiously mow an area that looked like that when we first bought our place. Borrowed my neighbors skid steer with front mounted bushhog. I did it in the winter. It’s most grass now after keeping up on it for 4yrs.

    My neighbors shed-approx 60x100 is coated with bed crap. He never shuts the overhead doors!! Every fall I spend about an hour chipping mud wasp nests out of the openers and lubing stuff up.

    Septic variations around the country are interesting. Our “city” house has standard sewage thru the city. Our “country” house has a tank outside with an air pump. Aerobic system I believe. You can hear it bubbling if you walk close to it
