Update - Turned out the biggest culprit in my issue was a very loose front axle nut. I re-torqued it to spec and majority of my noise/feeling is gone.

It has about 2-5 degrees of play before the other wheel moves, almost even movement.

Well after work tomorrow ill remove the deck and drive it up on ramps to get a good look at all of this to see if its something visually wrong.

That settles it, i wont use 4wd until i find the issue, i dont want to risk damaging it or damaging it further.

i only use 4wd in the dirt when 2wd isnt enough, And yeah it clicks in reverse too. i greased all the zerks when i first got it (about 6hrs of use since then) ill have to check out the roll pins, thanks!
