I have a much older GC, but I believe the wiring for the chute deflector and its switch would be the same. Switch mounting is different... -

Dealer called and after running the tractor on the Dyno it replicated my issue. They are going to install new injectors. A known issue...

I use my FEL so I can clean under my zero turn too. No, I don't put it in the bucket. Wish I could though.

That makes sense as to why those switches would be there but like you insinuate, I can and would just increase the throttle for more...
