What kind of hydraulic fitting is this?

Bought a tree shear at auction, probably Chinese junk. One hose was missing a quick connect. It has this weird connector. I need to go from this (female) to 1/2” NPT male. Any idea what it is?

John Ryan was head honcho at Spicewood. I’m guessing related.

    Xu5055 limp mode

The error codes on my MT5 are not obvious, they flash on/off, first a F<number> then an S<number>. Need both to diagnose. But mine is fairly new.

    RCO Spicewood TX gone

Next nearest dealer is in Seguin, 2:30 hour drive in a fast car. Any idea what the situation is? Is the other RCO Tractor in Greenville still open?

    Fighting 'Solar Farm' Installation

keep that city **** away from the farms. Well, you move out of the city to get away from people. Because you want to put a trailer in your driveway and a camper in the front yard and chickens in your back yard. Now you don’t like what your neighbor is doing so now you want to bring the city...

    Fighting 'Solar Farm' Installation

If you can tell your neighbors what they can and can’t do with their property, as you are wishing, does it also work in reverse? Be careful what you are asking for, especially when you’re in the minority.

LS SAYS A REGEN EVERY 2 HOURS IS NORMAL (Update) 600hrs, 50 regens

Someone else suggested this, but to reiterate, there is a manual regen switch. Maybe it’s bad and requesting regens when you hit a bump. Unplug the switch for a while.

LS SAYS A REGEN EVERY 2 HOURS IS NORMAL (Update) 600hrs, 50 regens

You’re getting regens every 9 hours, not 2. 2 would be Abby Normal. 9 is frequent, but it’s doing it because it needs to. You’ve already replaced the parts that might cause false regens. It’s doing a regen every 9 hours because it needs to. Move past that and focus on why it’s running dirty or...

Grading--what am I doing to cause this?

You need a grader, not a box blade. Also in Tx Hill Country. Box blades make hills/valleys worse. They dig as you climb and dump at the top of the hill. The more you use it, the worse it gets. The ripples are explained by the other posts.

Where is the dang oil drain plug? The entire bottom is practically a skid plate, you have to crawl under it and peek through a hole to see what's in there. To find the engine I had to follow the exhaust pipe and I really can't distinguish the engine from the hydrostatic transmission...

Tiller Yanmar RS1303 tiller, help! Something is binding internally

Pictures of the RS1303 with the cover off. Slightly rusty from being filled with water, but the rust is very superficial. No chance I'll every find a gasket so I'll use RTV for the first time ever.

Tiller Yanmar RS1303 tiller, help! Something is binding internally

Actually, there is an oil drain plug. I have an RS1303, had it for several years, bought with new tines, used it a little, worked pretty well. PTO shaft would bind up when I turned while tilling (probably not smart), so I only till in a straight line, no damage. So I started to use it again...
