    Brush Grubber

I just got the original Brush Grubber that supposedly will pull up to 3 inch trees. I used it the other day to pull roots in an area that I am clearing for a home site. I used my 25hp TYM 2515 with a chain on the bucket. I generally just pulled them horizontally, but I did lift some smaller ones...

Bent the loader mount on my 2515h

Good idea. I will see how it is when I get it back, then maybe contact a body shop.

Bent the loader mount on my 2515h

Well I bent the loader mount on my 2515h enough that I couldn’t pull the left side pin to remove the loader. The dealer was able to get it bent back enough that I can remove the pin with some effort, or so he said. I don’t have it back to try it yet. I guess it got bent when I hit a buried rock...

    King Cutter professional rear blade

I don’t think I want to carry an impact wrench around with me on the tractor.

    King Cutter professional rear blade

I am considering purchasing a Rural King by King Cutter professional series rear blade. I am concerned though that the tilt and offset features both are adjusted with the same bolts. (see photo) Should that be an issue in any way? For one, I would think a quick adjust pin would be better than...

Should limited hyd. top link range be biased to longer or shorter?

That looks like a pretty good range of motion. I am looking for one for my 2515H TYM. The oem link is 14 3/4 to 25 1/8 and I have Pat’s quick hitch on the lift bars. The one at TSC is 18 1/8 to 26 3/8. I’m not sure if that would be enough extension. The retracted length seems about right.

    Good morning!!!!

Good morning! It’s 38f here in Missouri and headed to 66. I had a senior moment the other day. I had a flat front tire on my 2515H, so I jacked it up and took the wheel off for repair. It fell off the jack stand so I had to bring back a farm jack to get it off the ground. I needed clearance for...

    Tree cutting accident

The one with the meter? I wouldn’t cut it either. 😉 But seriously, maybe you could get the power company to deal with it.

    Stuck in the pond

I remember the day when my dad got his tractor stuck. He had me walk about a half mile to a home and ask for help. It turns out the guy drove a road grader for the county and brought the grader to get my dad out. Pretty cool!

    Stuck in the pond

Hey, at least you have a pond. I could use one on my ten acres. Glad you got out with no damage except your ego.

    Landscape rake for roots, sticks

I apologize if I was snippy to you. I have already read the thread about rocks. I was wondering about sticks and roots and leveling. Sorry for the perceived slight.

    Landscape rake for roots, sticks

I wasn't looking for an advertisement. They are a dime a dozen.

    Landscape rake for roots, sticks

I am clearing land for a home site. I am removing a bunch of trees (mainly walnut, oak and locust). After clearing the trees and grinding stumps there is a lot of loose roots and sticks and also depressions left over from stump grinding. Would a landscape rake be a good tool for raking all this...

    Tree cutting accident

Last year my granddaughter’s third grade teacher’s husband died when taking down a dead tree. He was a former highway patrolman. The small town’s population probably tripled the day of his funeral. Very sad.
