I use mobile one synthetic grease or sometimes marine grease, it stays on even if it goes underwater. I use a hand pump grease gun I bought in 1988 from Napa for the tractors and loaders I had then. still works great today
yes. I believe cell phones and texting are a big cause of accidents today. I see on the news more & more drivers running into houses. my wife has been into 3 accidents while sitting at a red light waiting for the green to go and got plowed in the back 3 times in 1.5 yrs. the last one really hit...
I was so tired of the plastic nuts holding the spouts on cracking and leaking and the BS slow flow. I bought cap plugs to replace the spouts and a electric battery powered pump that you lower into the neck of the cans and pump it into my generator, and riding mowers. I use a large funnel for my...
I bought a dead tractor with a loader that had not been run in years. I found it much more fast and easy and a time saver to just hire a roll back tow truck. they pulled the old MF industrial 30 onto the bed and away to my house it went. bill was $150. I tried and could not rent a trailer with a...
we always use a regular soft bolt, the bolts are supposed to shear to protect the shaft and other components. thats the whole reason behind not making it a splined shaft. use regular cheap bolts, we used to use a 3/8 bolt.
if your using a lawn tractor use a set of quality mulching blades to grind it up as you mow. or you can get a pull behind lawn sweeper. I use the mulching blades on my yard
when I was in the work force at the shop we used to lift the bed of,1 tech on each corner and set it to the side on floor. a few yrs ago we did a friends dodge 3500 and removed all bolts on bed and unpluged light harness and put 2 extra long bolt in right front and lright rear of bed and used a...
I would do a compact tractor with a 3 point & pto. run a 6ft sickle bar along with a 60" belly mower at the same time. that would give you a 11 ft cut and the sickle bar is great for slopes by water. get done in a faster time to get to watch more star trek on TV and a cold brew
they had to repair my bottom tank,a stump crushed it and split it. still more then what it should have been. no one in the USA had a rebuilt or new radiator for it.could not find anything by the international part #. I finally surfed by the pic of mine and all dimensions including mounting...
remove the belt and grab hold of the blade and try rocking it side to side, could be bearings worn and keeping a pulley cocked to one side. that will throw a belt, keeps the belt alignment off
I would not pull or pry too much or hard on it. you take a risk of damaging the shaft internally. if all else fails I would cut a slit in the drive shaft yoke to free & remove & replace the yoke.
the most popular alternators people switch to is a Delco 10si-se which is a one wire internal regulator alternator. I seen manufactured brackets for switching over to alternators on a MF135 on Ebay yesterday. their running around $35 bucks. looks like their all over ebay
