What is a HOA?

Most in the area we lived in were block style like these. The 2nd most common were the harvestor made steel ones.

Looked at several locations yesterday and found 2, like the camp seen above, too close to highways and overly noisy. We like to sit outside in the morning and have coffee, or eat late meals outside. One location occupants and another we walked for the 2nd time. We will look at 2 seen below...
