Is this a scam? L6060 add on FB

Same photo, plastered all over Facebook by "sponsored ad" under various fake entities. Same price too, varies around 25K. It's a big scam, don't respond, they want to take your money and you'll receiving nothing in return.

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

Again, thanks to all that responded. I looked over flails and they are not really designed for the type of work I need to do. I need something more aggressive so the plan is to obtain a Baumalight Brush Mulcher, and a higher horsepower (60hp) tractor. A dealer gave me a trade in quote for my...

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

That is the exact issue. I am cutting forestry trails with a lot of regenerative growth. I already had a forestry mulcher/track loader open the trail that I need to widen and maintain. However, at $4,000 a visit, I'd rather tackle the job and maintain the trails myself.

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

Carl, thank for the suggestion. However, I'm not too impressed with the finished product of the brush hog. I had a rotary cutter before, and it leaves a lot of stuff standing, and I am working forest trails, and it's adds 6 feet to the rear of the tractor, and that limits the ability to turn...

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

It's not width alone that is the issue, it's the combination of width and horsepower, specifically in a brush mulcher. I am looking at the Baumalight MP360, but with a 30-35 HP PTO it's limited to 2 - 2.5 inches of capacity.

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

Thanks everyone for the input. Really, searching around for available implements in a decent size for the tractor (6 foot - 72" inches). The choice is so limited, I am seriously considering trading up to a higher horsepower tractor. I purchased this tractor last year, and haven't put 15...

New Purchase Flail mower with Hammers

Hi, I am seeking opinions regarding a Flail mower with Hammers (CAT 1). Use is mainly to cut and maintain a perimeter trail around a 28 acre forestry parcel I own. The land is mainly flat, no rocks (on the NC coast). Small pine trees/weeds/etc are the main thing to be kept cut. My main...

Front-End Loader  Stout Designs Trail Cutter

I have a perimeter trail around my property I need to maintain. Last year, I contracted with someone to clear the property line with a Skid Steer and Forestry Mulching Head. Now, it's beginning to grow back from the sides. I ran across this cutter that can be front end loader mounted that may...

    Front-End Loader Tooth Bar

Thanks to all for the input. I checked out some videos of the Wicked Tooth Bar, and it may be a better fit for my application. So going with that one.

That bar looks very familiar, it's very consistent with what I had years ago. Thanks

    Front-End Loader  Tooth Bar

What's everyone experience with the latest bolt on Tooth Bars? Searching for a tooth bar for a new tractor. I had a great tooth bar on my last tractor using a Kubota light duty bucket I never lost a tooth off the bar or damaged my bucket. Lots of hard use and rocks. However, I can't recall...

I'm in shock... Kubota BX pricing

I know how you feel. In 2005, I purchased my first new tractor, a Kubota L3430 CAB with FEL/LD bucket, cost at the time was about $28K. We ended up selling our house/property in 2018, and moved, sold all the equipment. Fast forward, we have acquired some undeveloped wooded land that we want to...

    New Kubota Tractor Purchase

A lot of good information and that gave me plenty to think about. I appreciate everyone's input. After reading all the comments, I sat down and went though how I would likely use the tractor and how much HP I would actually need. As someone noted, guys with 30 hp tractors always wish they had...

    New Kubota Tractor Purchase

Thanks for all the input. First why the L/MX rather than the M. I would like a cab tractor with HST. Simply, the M with the cab and FEL is a bit higher than I have budgeted, and it also does not offer the HST. I reviewed a few comparison videos of the Grand L and MX, it seems to be the same...

    New Kubota Tractor Purchase

I found that video last night good information. Messicks is great. I would purchase my parts from them. Thanks for sharing.
