Should one spend the xtra for this? Occasionally wood spliting and will definately get a sickle mower when I get better off financially. Can you put it on later yourself and what is the cost for the hyd. rear remotes cost. (single) Labor cost? I'll check with dealer tommorow on his cost...

Where is the gear lever located on this tractor? I suppose to test drive one today but the dealer on has a hydro. I'll be comparing against L3130 and FarmTrac 300DTC. The 1533 was about 1300.00 higer than the Kubota. The FarmTrac is about that much lower than the Kubota. T Y

Are these basically the same tractor. Spec pages show about a 1HP diff in eng/pto but from earlier readings from people who know they seem to be built at the same place. Both priced at the same with fel. Newbie..

Anyone out there have any feelings on this product. Parts availability, reliablity, etc.. Will test one this week and wondering if any current owners wants to give their opinions.
