Torque specs for 2210

Anyone know of a sequence to use for torquing the head on a 2210? I have the specs. Thanks.

We start in the center and work to each end.
Initial 45 lbs
Second 90 lbs
Final 130 + or - 3.6 lbs ( per service manual )

Valves .006 in
