Yeah I get it, its all good. Not entirely your fault, I am grumpy today and since I have explained the absurdity of my baby creek flood boundary multiple time on this thread I am frustrated explaining it... I have checked this so call ''flood zone'' boundary myself (with computer software and field survey) and the distance is further on the North then the South from the creek despite the North being higher in elevation (I am building on the North side).... there are real flood plain that are not within these flood zone boundaries in the maps provided by the city so common sense tells me that the legitimacy of these are less then accurate. Like I said, around my area there are many major rivers and if my creek flood above its natural flood plains every city up my area will be under water, since every city are next to rivers. The Trans Canada highway and the rail road will be wash out and the whole population will be stranded or dead and I am not even exaggerating. It would truly be a Noa Ark scenario.
