To each their own, I guess. Smart guy but he was strange... corresponding with his alleged IQ?
Some of his songs got frequent airplay... I've always wondered what happened to the trapper after he wandered off blindly to find Saint Alfonzo.
One day I decided to listen to the Joe's Garage album on my ride home. Wow! Did I mention what a strange guy he is?

But there are things I listen to which others don't like.

I like almost all of Zappa's songs and other material. I find single humor on many of his songs, after hearing them a few times. I grew up listening to FZ. Think that explains much about me? Don't answer that...

Pet peeve of mine.
My MK Martin Meteor 3ph snowblower’s chute hand crank.
You turn the crank handle right ( clockwise) , and the blower chute turns left
After using this for eons, I still turn it the wrong way and get a face full, in windy conditions. I looked up newer models and they still make the crank screw backwards.
Yeah, I know, I could power it, but still..

Another pet peeve is when stores, like Tractor Supply, Big R (RIP) or Runnings rearrange the locations of some sections. So you walk to the far end of the store where welding supplies have always been, only to find they moved that to the opposite end of the store next to children's clothing.

Tractor Supply has become a clothing store that sells some farm/ranch items.

Tractor Supply has become a clothing store that sells some farm/ranch items.

Same could be said for the few remaining Agways around here. More aisle space devoted to dog toys/beds/paraphanelia than to actual agricultural items. Sort of a less glitzy version of Petco.

Actually, the TSC here isn't too bad in that regard. They are expanding the store, will be interesting to see what the merchandise mix will be after it's complete.
