lol... BnRidge. PA is a self-serve state, and NJ is full-service only. Having grown up in PA, but very close to the NJ border, I used to have the regular pleasure of watching the futile attempts of our visitors from NJ trying to pump their own gas.

It was honestly a nice way to meet some cute girls on occasion, as first-timers always needed some help.

My high school girlfriend told me her older brother and friends were hanging out in the grocery store hitting on young moms.
We used to go to the mall... but with very little luck. I was always too shy. Cute girls made my tongue tie up

I stopped using autodim a long time ago. I dim them much sooner than the machine did anyways, and the first time that it turned the highsback on when the oncoming car was still yards away I shut it off.

Likely that's not possible on newer vehicles.

I've never owned anything with autodim (and not sure I'd want that "feature"), I have noticed that my current vehicles turn on the headlights when the wipers are on, even if it's just intermittent.

I never use high beams, they just annoy me.

I dunno, I like being able to see as far as possible down the road.

lol... never stooped that low. But I worked at a gas station in highschool, and have always driven gas guzzlers, so I found myself in the right place at the right time on several occasions.

Gas. Pull next to pump. Get out of car. Insert CC. Put nozzle
in tank. Fill up. Press YES for receipt. Waiting........nothing.
Message on screen: "see clerk for receipt".
The point of Pay at the Pump is to NOT having to go inside
of the local Stop & Rob. For some reason this really irks me.

As well as many more of us. At most stations I pay 5-10 cents per gallon extra for the "privelege" of not going into their store.

Another one is tow/rolloff trucks with enough extremely bright flashing lights to induce seizures.

Why go to the trouble of cooking a large good smelling meal just to fck it up by placing next to the food a high smelling fancy over priced extra hyped cantankerous chemical scented multi wicked flame throwing nose tickling snot making candle?

Totally agree. I put those in the same category as the perfume or aftershave infused people that is stronger than a freshly sprayed skunk. I would rather smell skunk than be around people that wear that crap..
