Containers fell from both sides of the ship, and from at least two rows.

WTH is going on there? The ship is moving past a mountain of cans than had just fallen from the tier a few rows forward. But the ship isn't rocking, and the water looks calm.

Has anyone found the explanation?

No explanation, but

It appears that the cans in the water had fallen from other stacks farther back on the ship. Ship is docked, not moving; the camera is moving which gives the illusion that the ship is moving, and the waterline waves are from the can movements & splashes.

The green boat in the front is to catch/filter the emissions from the bigger boat. (A very large floating DPF)

I learned a couple of new things from that video.
1) The ship has a noticeable lean to starboard, away from the dock, before the falling began.
2) a few containers fell in the opposite direction, got lodged against a crane, then later broke loose and fell to the pavement.

What a mess!

That's been around awhile. Some one just said the heck with it, it must have gotten to swaying and then flipped. So the dummy just said screw it I'll drive it the way it is, hope he got the insurance on it, of course if he didn't and has to pay out of pocket, he might learn a bit.
