I was very young when my parents listened to Fibber Magee and Molly on the radio. All I remember about it was that when they opened the closet door, there was an avalanche of items toppling onto the floor and my parents breaking into laughter everytime that happened.

You can remember when you went to the barber shop or mechanic that when you saw that days newspaper laying on a table by someone sitting, you asked them if it was their newspaper, and if it was, you asked them if you could read it.

Had to get tires Saturday so I spent the $3 on a newspaper to pass the time and after I got done reading it, put it on the table right next to my coffee cup. 2 people picked it up to read it without even asking if it was mine. Kept my mouth shut, but I was really hoping my tires would have gotten done while someone was reading it so I could ask for it back LOL

Must be getting old, in the past I would have asked if it was their newspaper.

It’s a bunch of papers with the latest news and a sh#t load of advertising, and it’s only 10 cents, maybe now it costs a quarter!!!

I was the kid delivering them, mid-1980’s. I loved the office buildings and medical offices, since I’d get to dump several or run down a corridor just dropping piles outside each door. Easily collections, too!
