Game camera occasional "washed out" photos.

Probably just an insect running across or close to the lens. Insects flying always look like white blobs.

I was thinking the same. Anything very close to camera could reflect enough light back off the flash to completely wash out the exposure.

My camera will get washed out photos depending on where the sun is when it goes off during the day.

Haven't had any washed out photos at night, unless car lights shine on it when it goes off.

Mines set up about 50ft off my driveway in the back yard.

There was someone that ran off the easement road, sort of off a cliff, and we were trying figure out who it was. Car was removed, but you could tell some one had a bad day. Looked at my cameras and there was nothing for that time. That day it was so foggy the camera just couldn't trip to take a photo. Figured out who it was later, from the car parts left over they didn't clean up.

Mine are only in the dark. It's in an open canopy tree line, up on a tree. Must be bugs-- or alien visitors.

Warmer air temp more I get for flying bugs leave falling rain etc. reflection mostly when wildlife checking out the camera.

Mine washed out one night due to a Possum being face to face with the camera.

The washed out section was his white fir. I could just barely tell what it was in the photo if you had someone hold up the phone and looked at it from 5ft away

All kinds of weird things happen at night,curious coons,deer noses ,had an owl buzz my camera.
