Good morning! 20˚F, it was only supposed to go to 27˚. Sunny skies will hit the upper 50s today and supposed to be the end of the freezing temps. With the wind changing and coming from the Gulf there is also a 40% chance of rain tomorrow.

All sorts of outdoor project today but first uncover all the plants then maybe mow/bag the backyard dead grass very low so the spring green grass will look good and then there is the trellis I can start on.

During the broken pool robot e-mail exchange with Amazon I was sometimes getting the feeling I was talking to two separate people or one person who did not know English very well. That was confirmed last night when a second replacement robot was delivered. I've sent them an email explaining and their answer did not make sense. You could tell English's not their first language. They said to wait a few days for the delivery company to get it right, no they got it wrong already and there is nothing the delivery company can do. This will be hard to explain to them.

Just did some longer dog walks yesterday, nothing exciting.

Talked to old neighbor and a coworker yesterday , both in Alabama. They are both from up in the North East, amazed at the amount of snow they got. Not a plow or snowblower in sight.

Unknown what I will do today, lots on the list.

Good Morning to All who Celebrate! 26 going to a high of 29 here with some snow showers. Conference room is taken and the door is shut. This whole No Coffee thing is for the birds. Planning an escape for liquid energy here soon.

Did not get to any of my list this week. Just too dang cold for much. Maybe this weekend since the folks are taking the furniture out to my sister. Truck now needs oil changed as well. So add that to the list. I'll tackle the outside chores when it's 40, not 4.

Otherwise, an uneventful weekend making sure the dog doesn't run off is scheduled.

Talked to old neighbor and a coworker yesterday , both in Alabama. They are both from up in the North East, amazed at the amount of snow they got. Not a plow or snowblower in sight.

That's typical when you move south. I don't even own a windshield brush/scraper anymore much less a snow shovel. The southern coast got hit hard with snow. We got about 1/2" and everything closed--Schools, businesses and government. It's a rare event this far south.

14 outside right now, heading to upper 30's.

Still have an ice sheet for a driveway, still gorging the woodstove.

Not much accomplished yesterday, moved some hay around, tended to the animals. Wife went out on her own. I deferred a shopping trip. LOL.

I'll get a pic of the icicle, it's pretty big. Biggest one ever, so big, at least for this place and these parts.
Wasn't there a mystery movie about a murder and the weapon was never found, it was an icicle? Better not tell the wife. LOL.

I believe John McClaine dispatched one of the bad guys in II with an icicle to the eye.

12 this morning and might make the 40s for the 1st time in what seems like a long time!
Energy conservation day as said here often

Probably the same today except the dog might get walked a bit more this afternoon.
