Billy, actually I did pretty well on that section ! 
No ! The rank and file kitchen workers do not take the Managers course, if anything they might be required to take the Food Handlers course, but not nearly as difficult! I’m hoping that our local regulatory agency, Naugatuck Valley Health Department NVHD, never requires my workers to take even that course, because if they do that would be the end of us serving food to the public !congrats on passing. does every restaurant employee have to pass this
