Ron, what brand of WiFi plugs? My Wemo ones now want me to create an account to use them. Didn’t have to 5 yrs ago when I bought them.

good morning, 34 going to 36 wind 30 MPH gusts feels much colder brrr. More cold weather is on the way next week as well as snow in the FC

Dropped off the van at the mechanic place and one of the kids picked me up. Measured the voltage at the alternator terminal yesterday and found it not charging. Also asked him if he could figure out the interior light issue.

In his YouTube videos he uses Snap On diagnostic scanner as well as Autel and he also uses a scope with several channels hooking up with back probes to the electrical connectors. Interesting to see him go through diagnosing a car that the dealer could not fix

Nice New Years dinner at neighbors. A bit different fare. Tteokguk (or dduk guk) is Korean rice cake soup! This starchy and soothing bowl of soup is not only a New Year's tradition but
is classic comfort food any time of year! Kimchee, noodles, Poke, taro buns. All excellent. And blueberry pie for dessert.

Hope to resume mowing today.

Good Morning!!!! 62F @ 9:15AM. Plentiful sunshine. High 73F. Winds light and variable.

More paperwork yesterday, along with a hike to help tire out my buddy's dog. Very pretty day and didn't want to waste it.

Had to be at a lab for a 6:30AM MRI. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited for them to open at the directed time. Filled out forms for a few minutes, then spent a half hour in the clicking tube with my ears corked. The first hot blanket they gave me felt good for all of three minutes, so I had to ask for another one to keep from shivering. A stop at the grocery store finished my trip and I'm stocked up for the weekend. Likely that'll be spent with the Airheads down near Borrego Springs, but I still haven't committed to going. Temps can get down into the 30s at night down there, and I'm gittin' too old for those kind of shenanigans.

Got one new eufy cam set up. Took awhile. The app shows 2 wired models but neither with the model number I have. The 2nd one worked. Didn’t know it needed SD card.
Have my 3rd S340 charging.

This is the filters I installed last week. Can already see the iron build up in the 10 and 5 micron filters. I never had problems with water flow. But would get smell after about 2 months. Will see in a month or more if having a carbon filter in system will help with iron smell.

Matters versions is supposed to work better with different APPs. I found they work with Kasa, Amazon Echo and Apple Home. 2 of them I am using with Alexa voice commands.
