Antibiotics, Steroid pills & inhaler for pneumonia. I felt weak last week, went to hospital Saturday, x-ray showed small amount left lung...but seems some better. See family Dr. tomorrow. Negative for covid, RSV & flu . Sounded like music playing when I exhaled.
I'm lucky at 72 first time having it. Wife's had it three times.

Decembers splurge was purchase of 2 more large (5kwh) 48v lithium batteries to add to my homes battery bank and claim on this years taxes.
With this addition if needed I should be able to run about a week just off my battery back up storage capacity.

You think that's weird? I bought a windshield for my Mule, to be delivered on Friday.
I put a glass windshield on my kawasaki mule last december. Then i built and installed my own 12v wiper, roof mounted led, rear mount led and interior light. Bought parts to assemble a lighted rocker switch box to control most of it.

Wasn't looking... but one of our kids friends is moving out of Spokane to Michigan and had a truck he needed to sell. He was tired of paying a storage fee, and has a new GM SUV so offered it for sale and apparently whoever he talked to said they would only give him $375 for his truck. We bought a couple other cars from him years before that worked out so wife asked what he thought was a fair price sight unseen and he said $1000, wife asked me to help him out so I got the cash and today a truck pulls in our yard- thought it might be a delivery persons private vehicle but out jumps the sons friend.

Anyway kind of surprised it is an 05 Ford F 150 4 door, shortbox 4x4 slight lift aftermarket alloy wheels never been hit good paint with a 5.4 V8 triton.
Drove it around in the snow in 4x4 runs really well. Driver seat is worn and the interior needs a good cleaning but drivetrain is smooth really quiet and does not use oil has an add on mileage computer, stereo plus some factory options as well... so guess I have a spare for my 3 year older RAM 3500.

I haven't bought anything significant yet this week, but today I donated blood.
Today made 204 units of blood donated over the years, somewhere around 25 gallons!
My 1st donation was when I was 18 or 19, don't recall for sure.
God has blessed me with good health over the years, this is one thing no one else can give, my O positive blood, for someone else in need!
Blood is something which cannot yet be manufactured, so, if you or someone you care for, needs blood, it can only come from donors!
I challenge my fellow TBNers to go out and give a unit soon. I hope you never need it, but you never know!

The dealer we got our 4010 from installed one by default. Have been happy with it (other than it gets in the way of opening the 'hood' on the rare occasions I need to check the coolant level)

I found out the hard way about keeping an eye on the coolant level. I hadnt checked the radiator fluid storage tank and it went dry, created air bubble in system and overheat light went on.

Pain to open hood, but i refilled container and had to burp the engine to get rid of air dam. While i was messing with it, i replaced the 12 yo thermostat and thats when i found the source of the leak at a loose connection by thermostat. I also replaced radiator cap as i suspected this was probably getting too old also.

While i was there, i adjusted valves, new plugs. Runs like new again.

If I may speak for others and offer a big Thank You for your gift of life.
I think there are a lot of donors here on TBN.
Keep up the good work, it's needed.

I have a Mule SX which also has a storage space ahead of the dashboard, but I've already decided not to use it because it's too much trouble to get into and because the little plastic latches look like they would break if you used them very often.

Since I'm not going to use the storage space, not really an issue, but probably will remove the windshield in the summer anyway, when wind chill is not a factor. I bought the Super ATV windshield from Amazon, which is polycarbonate.

I think the glass windshield from Kawasaki for this model is around $900 (but it does allow you to access the storage space).
