I see it more on pickups than on Jeeps...especially those whose owners seem to think it makes them look macho to have overly bright lights in addition to lift kits, loud pipes and in the case of diesels, emission bypass modifications. Never a speck of dirt on them, so you can be sure they're not doing any off-roading.

Millennial Asphalt Cowboys. Fancy boys with fancy trucks that never see the mud. The loud, smoking Cummins and Duramaxes are really annoying, don't give a s#!t about the environment or other people. it's all about "Look at me."

Pet Peeve: Lazy (or incompetent) Tractor Dealers

Here is an actual post from a person on this site who just bought a BRAND NEW tractor:

MF2850E transmission fluid clear?

I don't see anything in the little window so I called the service department where I bought my tractor. He told me the fluid is clear and unless I know it leaks it should be fine. No dipstick, why is there just a 'window' if the fluid is clear?

And then, after the customer did a bunch of research for himself:

Added about 4 quarts. It isn't actually clear.

Thankfully, many of them aren't like this, but it is really a shame there are dealers out there like this.

MFG's of household electrical gadgets, etc.:

Quit using RED LED's when it is working correctly. Use green.

I'll include red LEDs in digital clocks on that. I'm somewhat colorblind, and I have a hard time seeing them.

Nothing new. Back in the 90s all the wannabee mud kiddies had their riced out 80s-vintage tacomas with lift kits, light bars, oversized tires, etc. And nary a scuff in the paint nor a speck of dirt on it. Mall cruisers.

People at the only checkout who wait until their order is rung up then say "Oh, I forgot something", and go running to the back of the store to finish their shopping. Meanwhile you stand there with one item, wondering how much you really need it.

There's a grocery store close by that never has enough cashiers on.
A number of times I left my cart full of stuff because of the lines.
When they had a good deal on an item they always claimed to be sold out even if you came at storing opening first day of the sale.
I don't go there anymore.
That manager sure has improved profits cutting back on staff and pissing off customers.

The Hannaford's I used to frequent did away with the speedy checkout and put in self serve. Those don't work well if buying produce or alcohol. Everytime I went there I would fill out a survey based on my receipt... I would say "bring back speedy checkout if you want to keep my business."
They didn't.

We had a small nursery where I used to live that would never run more than 2 cashiers, even right before holidays.
Long lines, but only local place for small plants etc.

I left my cart full more than once, they went out of business a year or two later, I'm sure the absentee owner probably had no idea why sales dropped off so much.

A longer drive to another small place that had extra cashiers on and the owner working in the back. Hope they are still in business.
