I am the proud owner of a Satoh Beaver 370 D in need of help and parts. The arm attached to the steering box snapped off. I would like to replace it

The shaft running through the steering box snapped off where it attached to the streeting arm. I would like to replace it and all gaskets, o-rings, seal and bearings. where could I buy these. I am new to the group please let me know if you need more imformation.
