All the sudden my New Holland won't stay running when I engage the parking brake and get off the seat. It worked before but now all the sudden it won't do it. I did however remove the rops so it would fit into my garage. Is there some kind of safety switch that made it stop working?

I had a similar problem with my LS. Had to remove the cover over the parking brake and bend the bracket holding the safety switch to make a better connection. Yours may be similar.

On my LS if the PTO is in the on position and the tractor is in gear it will turn the engine off when you get off the seat even when the parking brake is set, it’s a safety feature that I discovered when I accidentally turned on the PTO with nothing attached.

When you set the parking break shift in netural, pto off should keep
running

I have a New Holland Workmaster 25 like you do. The safety switch under the seat is so sensitive it will shut down the engine just from me shifting around without getting out of the seat. For example, I can't reach lower controls such as the parking brake because leaning forward triggers the switch. I had to jumper it out.

No good PTO is off I tried shifting the neutral but I never had this problem before. I could be in low high as long as a parking brake was on and I got up it stayed running

Yeah I might have to do the same thanks

Mine had spade terminals crimped on the wires. I made a very short jumper with mating terminals, plugged it together, and left it tied in place. It wouldn't take any tools at all to restore it to factory new condition, or at most I might have to cut a cable tie I might have added (don't remember).
