A hospital with the bulk charity was going under and other area HMO and for Profits provided grants to keep the doors open fearing patients would come to them if the charity hospital closed.

An interesting twist is large hospital groups closing locations with high populations of under insured and not insured and building out and upgrading in more affluent areas.
