I can’t tell if you guys are serious about EA or not. I need a good heavy grapple and it looks like theirs are the best. Are they really out of business? Did people really lose their money with Ted? Seems like that guy has been around forever, wonder what happened?
anyway, I need some recommendations for a good heavy grapple for a 38 horse kubota. Thanks in advance

I'm not recommending these guys because I've never bought from them but they seem to be a long standing company: Skid Steer Attachments For Sale Direct From the Manufacturer

I would think twice about anything from EA for awhile.

You pay your money and you make your choice.

Serious - as serious as that dead cat over there in the ditch. At this time - do not waste your money.

I have land engagement implements from - Land Pride, Pittsburg, Bush Hog, Rhino, FitRite, Horst & Rankin.

All have functioned very well and have stood the test of time.

My grapple - Land Pride SGC1560. 60 inches wide - 820 pounds of AR400 steel. Driven by a WR Long third function valve setup. I've had it eleven years now. The only "repair" needed - repaint the tips of the teeth. I use the grapple to move dirt. Go to one of my mounds( called a bun) - grapple wide open - lower onto the mound - put down pressure on the grapple and close it. Lift and move the dirt to wherever. This tends to wear the paint off the tips of the teeth. Main use - move large rocks and chunks of pine tree trunk.

This thread is very serious. For years EA made an exceptional product. They were a bit pricey, and the wait time after receiving your money was long, but they had a lot of satisfied customers.
That changed last fall. Based in everything I've read both here and elsewhere the owner closed the doors abruptly and hasn't been in contact since. Many people, including some here on this thread are stuck waiting for items which they've already paid thousands of dollars.

Do yourself and your bank account a favor. For now at least, do business someplace else. There are a lot of other good companies out there.

No one with a functional brain cell would order anything from EA.
