I got a 2020 MX5400 Kubota. It's got 150 hrs on it. I am looking to see if anyone can give me a resale value or where to look.

This is going to vary quite a bit from area to area and the condition of the tractor. Best bet is take a look at the local adds for similar tractors, a few of the online auctions may give some clues.

With the MX things that will affect the price a lot you don’t mention are cab, 4x4, rear remotes, and third function.

If I was to throw a number out there without that info or pictures I’d guess between 20-30k.

Find out what you can buy a new MX5400 for cash (not 0% financing) and subtract about 10%.

I had bought 100 acres and I had got the tractor to maintain it. We are selling the land and so I don't have any use for that big of a tractor.

I recently sold through Facebook Marketplace a 2018 Kubota L4760, no cab, loader, or remotes for 70% of what I originally paid for it 5 years ago. 220 hours and very clean. The biggest issues selling was the lack of a FEL and financing. Plus not a lot of people buying compact tractors lately around here. (per Kubota dealer). Few folks have the cash as they want financing. My dealer suggested a selling price and offered to sell it for a $500 commission if needed.

I know, gotta have a loader. Not me. The buyer wanted a loader so I suggested he contact Kubota, which he did and they had one in stock. I considered it like any other attachment. All are happy, me, the buyer and Kubota who got to sell a loader.
