Im sitting here, and I think I can actually see the grass growing ! This is crazy for this time of year !

Year ago lot brown grass and ground dirt dry,this year grass dark green some places can't mow ground to soggy.
2-3 more weeks grass should be slowly growing.

Mowed the stilt grass in woods across creek. Lots of hidden limbs down, had it all picked up last time I mowed. Got a big dead tree uprooted and leaning. Will pull it some day with thr big tractor. Pushed and uprooted a dead cherry.

69F cloudy with steady 5mph breeze.

Been good day...AM was steady rain decided give backpack blower good once going over,new fuel air filter and spark plug also good cleaning lubing,little over month mother nature will start picking leaves from branches limbs.

Little Scooter convince me to take nap this afternoon,she indeed has the art down how to get comfortable taking nap.

Heading to set on the deck shorty,haven't seen Boo or little Boo last 4 days....hmm.

That looks like my dad's underground dog fence wire. He was ripping out the old driveway himself to save a few bucks before they paved the new one.

The little wire wasn't gonna stop the ripper on the tractor.

Surprised him when his youngish lab ran past him

Good (Saturday) morning. Overnight Low of 8C and it's presently 18.5! It's clear and calm.

Just a short wisp of misty rain during the Vietnam Veteran's Day parade/ceremony yesterday + a nice turn-out considering that it was a Friday. The luncheon was delicious and beer/wine/soft-drinks were included. Home by 1400.

Large lunch meant I just 'snacked' for supper... still managed to enjoy one glass of Pinot Noir before toddling off to bed.

Woke a bit late this morning to discover that the 'Mad Agisting Horse Woman' & daughter had collected their horses (horse float 'missing'). I seem to remember that they were planning on rendezvousing with other Mad Horse People for a ride down at "Devil's Corner"; a winery.

That's about it, take care all.
