B2100
Hello,

Could use some help. I have a B2100 and I am installing a new loader on this tractor. The 2100 has never had a loader on it before and I need to put a hydraulic valve adaptor block on this tractor.

Can you guys tell me what block I need, where I can get it and where it mounts and installs?

Thanks in advance,
Tim

If I recall, my B2400 was tapped at the block that sits behind the pump under foot rest. Kubota should be able to get ot, but I bet they are very proud of it. Kubota uses the "power beyond" system, so make sure everything is compatible.

FWIW...I have a B1700 (OM covers the 1700, 2100 and 2400)...My loader is plumbed via steel lines along the outside of the frame on the right side...The lines use banjo ends and a block at the front...

Check the pics below and see if you can find part reference # 110 (cap)....it will be just under the inner brake pedal...if it is there...all you need is the small block that replaces the "cap"...to plumb a loader...

Slash Pine,

Thanks for the info. Is the picture attached what you are referring to? Do I need a block or can I use what is on the tractor?Hydro Cover.JPG

Please advise,
Thanks,
Tim

Yes that is it...you need the adapter than has two NTP ports that will replace the "cap"...Sorry I don't know the part #...If you call Messicks and tell them you need the adapter for the "delivery pipe"...They will get you the right part...

The cap that is currently shown in your pic prevents fluid from flowing through the pipe...once you install the adapter and a (open center) control valve...fluid will have a path back to the tank so I think you will need a loader valve that has a power beyond function/port that will plumb back into the 3PH via a third hose...This may require a similar adapter as described above but only has one NTP port...(otherwise the 3ph won't get any pressure)...going off off of memory so not 100% sure ...

I will try to remember to take a look tomorrow when there is some light and offer better details...I have a grapple valve plumbed into my loader valve so it complicates things a little...

That block is shown on the LA301 loader parts list - p/n is 75536-68110, now updated to 75536-68113 (around $27). There's a pic of it here The pipe fittings are 75536-66810.

Good info rb_...
Here is a pic of the "third" hose I mentioned (part ref.# 030)...
...I think a PB enabled loader valve may be required and if so the part reference # 040 (along with the additional hose) will be required... there is most likely a plug in the port that part ref. # 040 will replace...

/Pine, I have a question on the diagram you posted, I just got a b1700 with a woods 1006 loader, I noticed the PB line wasn't coupled together and dripping so I connected them, after doing so the 3point stopped lifting. It's hooked up just like that diagram, the loader works either way, just want to make sure it's hooked up right.

Not sure what you mean by connecting them together ??...what did you connect the PB line to??...typically it would go to the 3PH or another valve and in that case the PB port on the new valve would go to the 3PH...

Congrats on 1700...it's a mighty beast for it's size and power...it can do anything if you take your time...is it gear or hydro?
