Drew, my first Drone was a Mini. Worked very good. But had no control to keep it from running into things. I got a Air 2 which has that feature. Saved me a few times. Still have original props on it.
This is Cherry we are going to cut up at neighbors place.

Ron, did they take that tree down since it was so close to the garage?
That's a lot of nice firewood

that traffic nightmare in Maryland was worse than I thought

More than 30 vehicles were trapped on Route 140 in the town of Westminster, Maryland, when a row of power lines collapsed during strong winds Monday evening, according to CBS Baltimore. The report said 33 adults and 14 children were inside those vehicles; Maryland State Police worked to free them once utility crews de-energized the power lines.

In the same storm, a tree killed one teenager getting out of his car and lightning killed another.
Sometimes it's better to stay in the car...

62 going to 88. Feels so good outside.

BEF, hope you got power back. At least you could sleep with windows open if you wanted (and generator not too noisy).

Don, nice set of old tools. Did you ever use them?

Worked on repairing the old wooden chairs again yesterday. One left to go. I'll do it today to make my wife happy (although I should be in the mountains on a day like this). Also, have some yard work planned.

Txdon, apartment fire in Cedar Park, TX is close to town where you live. Be careful when out.
The fire is about 20 miles away. I saw that on the news last night. We are under a red flag warning with the 108˚ temps yesterday, humidity in the 30s and a good breeze from the South. There has been no rain for 6 weeks and all (un-irrigated) vegetation is crisp.

I did when I was a kid and did not have the battery operated drills we have now. Those drills require two hands to operate. My dad used them in the field to put bolts in the fence post for the hinges.

Any special brand you are looking for, my late brother collected them and my nephew wants to put them in the estate sale. There are probably 50 hand drills. I might have to lay them out and take a few pictures.
Not necessarily by brand, but ones with two bevel gears or three if it is a two speed, and storage compartment in the handle.

I am not looking for collector grade, I am looking for users - Trailer Queens need not apply🤣😂

I would also like to find a decent floor auger, again user grade rather than collectible.

Let the pretty items go for big bucks at the auction or ebay, all I a, going to do is beat them up in the field.
